Job Summary

The Production Manager is a key member of the To Serve Leadership team. As the Production Manager your top priority will be overseeing Roofing production, nationwide. You will be required to identify any issues with production processes and make suggestions for improvements as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet and exceed company’s KPIs
• Contract processing
• Material ordering and installation crew scheduling
• Maintaining organized labor/material schedule
• Overseeing day-to-day production processes
• MAINTAINING 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
• Improve training techniques when needed to meet unique demands
• Identify and analyze labor trends within your team and industry
• Develop production performance policies and methods for evaluating performance

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years Roofing/Siding/Window production experience
• Extensive knowledge in Roofing, Siding and Window systems and processes
• Experience in installation processes
• Reputable resume references
• Strong ability to multitask, while continuing to deliver on accountabilities
• Ability to Manage multiple production professionals simultaneously
• Proficient in Recruiting, Training and maintaining Production Professionals
• Experience with managing installation crews
• Strong understanding of technology:
• Email
• Acculynx (Or other CRM software)
• Text
• Microsoft/Google
• Estimating Software

Educational Preference Or Requirements:

• BS degree in Business Administration with emphasis in accounting or related years in job history
• Experience in Roofing Industry
• Accounts Receivable or Collections Experience / Accounting Experience
• Office Management Experience in Service or Construction Industry
